This homeowner in Rancho Cucamonga, California wanted to convert their separate bathtub and shower into a single double shower. Our goal at Sun Boss Rooms and Baths is to do our best to bring our customers’ dreams to life regardless of what their vision is. Some of the more common jobs that we do for people are tub and shower replacements, tub to shower conversions, shower to tub conversions, and walk in tub installations. However, that is not all that we are capable of doing. This homeowner came to us with a vision of how he wanted his bathroom to look so we helped him to design this beautiful double shower. His goal was to have a shower that he and his partner could use together without being cramped and having to fight for the hot water.

We started this job by removing both the old bathtub and the old shower. We also took out all of the tile that was around the tub and shower as well. The next step was to set up all of the new plumbing for the double shower. All of our installation crews are highly adept professionals and are trained and equipped to take care of any plumbing that needs to be done. After that was done, we installed the beautiful extra large custom size single shower pan and the luxurious glossy acrylic floor to ceiling antimicrobial wall surrounds with a luxurious natural stone finish. Add in a few shower shelves, a grab bar for stability, and some elegant and simple glass doors and the job was done. Some of my personal favorite details on this job are the window inside of the shower and the fact that the two shower heads are at different heights and have different features. Our homeowner was quite pleased with the finished product and even remarked that it looked better than he imagined it would.
